Information We Collect
Content you choose to upload. If you use the diary feature to log a show you’ve seen, you can optionally upload photos (such as playbills or stage door photos). These photos are stored on our hosting provider (Supabase) and are publicly accessible by direct link, though they are not listed, searched, or browsable by other users.
Your ratings, notes, and favorites. Star ratings, notes, favorited shows, and reminders you set are stored locally on your own device and are not transmitted to us or any third party. This information does not sync across your devices and is lost if you clear your device’s app data.
Push notification device token (if enabled). If you opt in to show reminders, your device registers with Apple’s push notification service, and a device token is stored so we can deliver that specific reminder. This token is not shared with any third party beyond what’s required to deliver the notification through Apple’s service.
We do not require account creation to browse shows, use the diary, or set reminders. An account login exists only for the app’s administrator to manage show listings and is not used by general users.
How We Use Information
Information collected is used solely to operate the App’s features — displaying your diary photos back to you, delivering reminders you’ve requested, and maintaining the show/venue listings. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising targeting.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Supabase for data storage and hosting. Supabase’s own privacy practices govern data they process on our behalf; see supabase.com/privacy.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your diary entries, favorites, and reminders at any time directly within the App — this immediately removes them from your device. To request removal of an uploaded photo from our storage, contact us at the email below.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
