Jeff A.R. Jones (Fight Director) has staged fights for theatre, opera, ballet, film, television and web series in North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Mississippi for shows such as Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet, Titus Andronicus, Hamlet, King Lear, Twelfth Night, Comedy of Errors, Taming of the Shrew, Pericles, Winter’s Tale, Midsummer Night’s Dream, ‘Tis Pity She’s a Whore, West Side Story, Sweeney Todd, Mr. Burns, Neighborhood 3: Requisition of Doom, The Miser, A Flea in Her Ear, Dracula, Birdy, Extremities, The Beauty Queen of Lenane, Angels in America, Spring Awakening, Fool for Love, True West, Peter Pan, Assassins, Camelot, Don Quixote, Nutcracker, Romeo et Juliette, Otello, Pagliacci, Carmen, La Forza del Destino, and Pirates of Penzance. Jeff is recognized as a Fight Director, Certified Teacher, and Theatrical Firearms Instructor by the Society of American Fight Directors. His fights have received rave reviews in both The Washington Post and The New York Times. He is/has been faculty at Elon University, William Peace University, and Duke University in North Carolina, and has taught workshops and classes at UNC Profesional Actor Training Program, Florida State University, Asolo Conservatory, The College of William and Mary. He teaches weekly private classes in Raleigh.
