Heather Strickland comes to Raleigh Little Theatre from the North Carolina Partnership for Children (NCPC), where she has been the Communications and Development Director since 2013. She brings extensive experience and success in developing organizational strategy, building awareness, and cultivating engagement for nonprofit organizations. She has been involved with RLT since 2005, starting as a volunteer and stepping into the roles of director, teaching artist, and board member over the last fifteen years.
