Live Chat with Blumenthal Performing Arts’ Tom Gabbard

Not only is Tom Gabbard the CEO of the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center in Charlotte, but he is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Broadway League and co-chair of The Jimmy Awards. Upon returning to the United States after the world premiere of the Back to the Future musical in Manchester, England last March, Gabbard was diagnosed with COVID-19.

Hear what he has to say about that, what reopening might look like for touring markets and regional houses, and what we might be able to learn from South Korea about safety and social distancing.
