I just read an article on Howl Round (an old one) wherein the author wrote: “Without equitable pay practices, any diversity or accessibility a company purports to have or “prioritize” is only performative.” I know there was some conversation within the Triangle Theater Facebook community about paying actors. Let’s talk about it. Is there a revenue-sharing model that might work? I don’t know the answer, but I hope to pick up the conversation…
