I am a South Asian-American actor/playwright/activist. I aim to focus my work around the intersection of race, femininity, and Americanness. My greatest goal is to contribute to making the spaces I get to be in not only diverse and inclusive, but equitable. This past fall, I was commissioned by AlterTheater Ensemble, San Rafael, California. I also started working with the amazing ChiChi Anyanwu, and am now represented by CHI Talent Management. Starting in January, I will be part of The Road Theatre’s Under Construction 2021-2022 Cohort. I will graduate from Northwestern University with a BS in Theatre, Legal Studies Minor, Playwriting Module and Music Theatre Certificate in March of 2021. Outside of the rehearsal room, I am passionate about advocating for BIPOC artists, eggs, and using my KitchenAid to make soup.
