Libby Parker, MS, RD, is a Registered Dietitian who helps performers with their health on-and-off stage. She specializes in helping people recover from/prevent eating disorders and is a big advocate for body positivity and that any body can be a broadway/performer body. Libby has a course for stage performer health that can be consumed as an online class, or a live group seminar. She is the owner of the group practice, Not Your Average Nutritionist, which offers group and 1:1 nutrition counseling + life coaching for appropriate individuals, and author of Permission to eat: a practical guide to working yourself out of an eating disorder during college, while celebrating the awesomeness that is you!
