Libby Parker, MS, RD, is a Registered Dietitian who helps performers with their health on-and-off stage. She specializes in helping people recover from/prevent eating disorders and is a big advocate for body positivity and that any body can be a broadway/performer body. Libby has a course for stage performer health that can be consumed as an online class, or a live group seminar.
